Hi, I'm Keith Vaughan. I started Quy Nhon Property because I kept seeing the same pattern: foreigners arriving in Quy Nhon excited about the coast, then losing weeks (and sometimes money) to fragmented information, language barriers, and well-meaning agents pushing the wrong product.
I'm an expat. I've lived in Vietnam for 3 years and I run a marketing and software agency with clients across Southeast Asia. That means I spend my working life inside Vietnamese and regional business — contracts, payments, paperwork, and the local relationships that actually get things done.
Through that work I've built an active network across Quy Nhon, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City — Vietnamese real estate agents, legal teams, builders, and service providers I personally know and trust. Quy Nhon Property exists to do the upstream research with you, then connect you to the right local people when you are ready to act.
What I am, and what I am not
- I am a marketing and software agency owner who lives in Vietnam, not a real estate agent. My role is to research, explain, and connect — not to sell you property.
- When you are ready to view, negotiate, or sign anything, I introduce you to vetted local Vietnamese real estate agents and legal teams I have worked with personally. They handle the licensed work; I make sure you walk in informed and represented.
- I am not a licensed Vietnamese real estate agent — and you should be skeptical of any foreigner who claims to be. Foreign nationals cannot hold a Vietnamese real estate brokerage license, so anyone advertising themselves that way is either bending the truth or working through an opaque arrangement.
- I do not push specific developments. If a project is not the right fit for your stage, budget, or legal setup, I will tell you.
Why this site exists
Most English-language information about Quy Nhon is either marketing material from a single project, or a thin "we do everything" services page that never actually answers the question you came with.
Quy Nhon Property exists to be the upstream layer: the place where you understand the legal frame, the realistic price bands, the area trade-offs, and the buying process — before you ever sit across from an agent or sign anything.
